DMAC TESTA CILINDRO FLUX-CUT®

 Testa cilindro FluX-Cut® per gear di 2° versione
Realizzata con lavorazione al CNC, presenta un cono di diametro maggiore studiato per adattarsi perfettamente a quello della testa pistone, con un angolatura ben più marcata.
Presenta un solo o-ring di tenuta ma di dimensioni maggiori.
Inoltre sono stati applicati due o-ring di battuta, in posizione anteriore e posteriore, studiati per far si che la superficie di impatto tra le due teste sia minima e la sua forza venga ben più ammortizzata, inoltre la particolare forma dei fori di alloggiamento sono studiati per sfruttare al meglio l'o-ring frontale e di conseguenza smorzare al meglio gli impatti e allungare la vita del gearbox.

EN: Flux-Cut® head cylinder for gear of the 2nd version. Made with the CNC machining, it has a larger cone diameter designed to fit perfectly to the piston one, with a much more pronounced angle. It presents only one o-ring seal but larger. In addition two abutment o-ring have been applied, in front and rear position, designed to ensure that the surface of impact between the two heads is low, and its strength is much more softer, also the particular shape of holes are designed to use the front O-ring part and soften up the impact and extend the life of the gearbox.
